According to report, the said charges were being approved and signed by Professor Joseph Ikechebelu (The School's Deputy Vice Chancellor), Professor Philo Okoye (School Registrar), Professor Gozie Egwuatu (School Bursar), Professor Meshach Umenweke (The School Chief Legal Officer), Professor Nonso Achebe (Dean Of Students Affairs), alongside some students leaders: Izuchukwu F. Ejikeme (The School's Students Union Government President), Anyaora Ogochukwu Manasseh (SUG Sec. Gen.), among others.
